Our Dentists

My family moved to Tampa when I was 10 years old so I consider myself a native Floridian. I have practiced in Tampa since 1983 and opened Bay Cosmetic Dentistry in 2003. I wanted an office where I could treat my clients the way I would want to be treated. My staff and I understand that a patient’s time is valuable. We work diligently to not overbook in order to maintain a manageable, on-time schedule.

Dr. Elliott Soto grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida with his parents, twin sister, and older brother.

Growing up, Dr. Soto was passionate about science and art and discovered that dentistry would be a unique way to blend his love of both. He attended the University of Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Soto then went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
